This is solely for the purpose of facilitating service delivery by allowing fitters to arrive at the destination of the customer , enhancing safety, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Service Images: Fitters may take pictures of the service they provided to store as proof of the service being completed
  • Financial Information: While we collect certain personal details directly, all financial transactions and associated data, such as credit card information, are processed and stored securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have direct access to your financial data, ensuring an extra layer of security and confidentiality. Stripe is committed to maintaining high standards of data protection and security in accordance with applicable payment industry requirements.

Use Of Information

Location Data:
  • Sharing with Fitters and Third Parties: Location data is shared with customers who have an active service request, and with third-party mapping services, Google and Mapbox, to provide real-time mapping and routing information.
  • Duration of Tracking: Location tracking is only active during the service delivery process, from the time a service is accepted by a fitter until the completion of the service.
  • Data Handling: All location data is handled with strict confidentiality and is only accessible to necessary personnel and affected customers. It is not used for any other purpose and is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for service delivery.
Financial Information
  • Collection of Payments: Financial information processed through Stripe is used to collect payments from customers for services rendered. This ensures a smooth, secure, and efficient transaction process.
  • Payment to Fitters: Similarly, financial data from stripe is utilized to facilitate payments to our fitters at their designated payment times, aligning with our contractual obligations and ensuring timely remuneration for services provided.
  • Data Handling: Stripe's robust security measures protect this financial data. We maintain oversight to ensure these transactions adhere to our privacy standards and operational requirements.
